So, Zack seems to have settled in okay. It's good. I wish he could be living still, but I guess there are some things I can't change. Still... yeah he will do fine here.

Lestat's been sneaking about and I'm not too sure why. Well, not sneaking, but he hasn't been as pushy as normal. Huh.

[By the time Zack arrived, it was pretty late at night, and since it had been a week...

Well, now he had a pretty damn good "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Lux" story. He'd be more elated if he wasn't so worried about his best friend, who was (as usual) already waiting for him when he sat down.]

[Zack looking like himself was a relief. Cloud was sitting in his chair, already peling the label off a bottle of hard lemonaide as his best friend showed up. It was obvious for a stranger to notice that Cloud was feeling down - not only did he slouch, but his hair also drooped.

[Hoping against hope that this conversation wouldn't wind up being as serious as their last one, Zack decided that he needed his own spot of alcohol. Something generic - he wasn't really paying attention to that.]

[This Cloud just wasn't into talking much and was instead staring at the bottle like it was going to bite him. He took another sip and placed the bottle down, lowered his head in his hands and tugged on a few random spikes.]
