132... chocobos

You know, I've talked to a lot of people in this city and a third of them seem to know what a chocobo is and how to take care of one. They talk about how useful they are, and how fast and how to groom one and how to breed them, yet I haven't seen any except the ones in the zoo. Maybe it's me, but that just seems odd that there's none in the wild. None in the forest, none underground, not even a couple in that old farm. And I don't know about other people, but the ones in the zoo really need to get out of the zoo. They look pretty scrawny.

I really miss racing them. A bike's good, but racing a chocobo has it's own appeal.

...Maybe I can get a stable going? That reminds me. Reno, are you up yet?

That's probably the best argument against any kind of super-soldier program. Sooner or later one of them decides that they don't want to take orders anymore and Bam! Instant massacre.

He decided he was a god and pretty much felt that the rest of us weren't the kind of subjects he wanted.

I still got bruises from when he threw me through a bulding and then impaled me.

I guess that's sort of his thing, or something. He did that the first time I fought him.

And the second time.

And the third time.

I'm surprised this place hasn't brought him over yet. He can't stay dead back home, he should have no problem showing up here.

Rounds one, two and three - sounds like some of the guys the X-Men tangle with.

Nope don't say that. I already feel this impending doom from joking around about Galactus, I don't think we need to tempt the Deities with your pal, too.

ShinRa made them strong, what can I say?

The Nightmare. The Silver General. Sephiroth.

Or as Zack called him - 'Mr. Butch Leather Pants'. Although it was never to his face.

Heh - I like that last one, has a ring to it.

I've heard him called 'Sexyroth' by a couple fangirls... At one time, he wasn't that bad of a person. Sort of a shame, you know?

See, now I think you're making things up, Cloud.

Not really. ShinRa had these fan clubs for the three elites - Silver Elite, The Study Group and Red Leather, and something or another Honor. Silver Elite was pretty hard to get into but they would say all kinds of things about him.

...And I was sort of in that club because I wanted to be like him.

Pretty much everyone that grew up with me. I'd been following the guy's carrer since I was nine.
